Mapping The light of Sant Pau

Saturday 21 December - 18:0021st December - 6th January

Once again this Christmas, The Light of Sant Pau takes centre stage at the Art Nouveau Site. Mapping is a spectacle of light, forms and sound projected onto the main façade of the Pavilion Administration, the principal building in the architecture complex; an allegory of the winter solstice, the moment of the year when the days start to get longer, the sun regains ground from the night, and nature begins its process of rebirth.

The Light of Sant Pau is a tribute to the figure and the work of Lluís Domènech i Montaner, the inspired Catalan architect who designed the Art Nouveau Site.

The mapping spectacle is free of charge and will be projected from 21 December to 6 January, between 18:00 and 22:00, with 10-minute shows every half hour.
